good range of food comfortable beds great bathroom odd lights faulty lamps warped hairdryer
the breakfast had a good range of food. the beds were really comfortable. the bathroom was great (it had everything i needed!).
The lights were odd and difficult to work out. two out of three lamps did not work. i did not feel safe using the hairdryer. It looked warped.

quiet location spacious suite comfortable bed bay window
i found the hotel in a quiet yet excellent location, complete with a garden and a pool. the suites were generous in size with a lounge , a kitchenette, and a separate large bedroom. the bed was comfortable , and i liked the linens. both the lounge and bedroom had bay windows that could be opened.

the hotel offers a continental breakfast , with a brewed decaf machine available. i did note staff wiping place mats and tables immediately after people left , which ensured clean surfaces. the breakfast also has brewed decaf machine.

the hotel provides convenient car access and parking, and i found it easy to explore the city on foot. i appreciated the wonderful pool, and there is free basement parking. the nearby metro station offers quick access to various attractions.

i had a fantastic big room with a kitchenette. the room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a well-equipped kitchen. the comfortable bed had nice sheets , a detail i appreciated. any issues were promptly addressed by the reception.

i found the hotel's location near the metro quite convenient. several excellent restaurants are located near the hotel, including a wonderful pizza place around the corner. i found the location near downtown convenient and easily accessible.

shabby room unhelpful staff
the room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well.
the upkeep was noticeably bad. the rooms looked shabby and need a serious upgrade. i also found the staff unhelpful when i raised my concerns (it reminded me of they didn't take me seriously).
